Limited License

PitchTrak grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for their personal, educational, or authorized organizational use in accordance with our Terms of Service.

This license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

Restrictions

Except as expressly permitted in writing by PitchTrak, LLC, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or display any portion of the Services

User Content

Users retain ownership of content they upload to PitchTrak.

By submitting content, users grant PitchTrak, LLC a limited license to host, store, process, analyze, display, and use such content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, improving, and providing the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
