Does your pitcher know what her misses are telling her?
A 4-hour PitchTrak pitching experience where athletes establish a command baseline, uncover patterns in their misses, train in small groups, develop a mental reset, and return to the bullpen to see what changed.
Featuring AUSL Pitcher Emma Lemley

Carolina Blaze

Pitchers will learn and practice a repeatable reset rhythm they can use after a miss, when the game speeds up, or when they need to regain control in the circle.
Athletes will rotate through small-group pitch-development stations focused on fastball, changeup, curveball, and movement-pitch command. The emphasis is on becoming more effective with their primary pitches and understanding what helps them execute each one.
Every pitcher will complete two dedicated bullpen sessions using PitchTrak. One at the beginning to establish a command baseline and one at the end to measure what changed. Athletes leave with documented results and clear next steps they can continue working on after the event.
Opening bullpen tracked in PitchTrak
Small-group command and mechanics instruction
Practice the mental rhythm needed to win the next pitch
Closing bullpen, documented results, and next steps
This is more than a pitching clinic. Every athlete will use PitchTrak during real bullpen sessions, receive hands-on small-group instruction, work on the mental side of pitching, and leave with documented results they can actually use. The goal is simple: understand your command, improve your execution, and know what to work on next.
Standard registration ends September 30. Limited to 100 total pitchers.
Each pitcher must bring a catcher.
Catchers do not need to purchase a registration. Each pitcher should bring one catcher for bullpen sessions.
Pitchers should leave with more than drills. They should leave knowing how they command their pitches, where they tend to miss, what they need to work on next, and how to keep building after the event.
Registration ends - September 30
